Great format / performance. Not happy about a BSOD "Clock_watchdog_timeout" error we're just seeing now (9 months after purchase). We shall see how BB and M$ handle it.

Love it! I needed a computer with a larger screen and more speed and up to this point, loved my other Microsoft products. This larger screen laptop fit the bill and the associate that helped me over the phone, was amazing. He even helped me with additional items like a second monitor, docking station etc. I now have have an office setup with muscle!

Love the design and easy to set up. I got my laptop in November and it’s been making this static sound when I turn it on, making the audio break. When I’m in virtual meetings, I cannot be on another app like Word or Excel cause it affects the quality of my virtual meeting. I’ve had a Dell before and use a Lenovo for work and have never had an issue. Will report this to Microsoft.

Enjoying it. My last laptop was Dell XPS-15 which I loved but it had many breakdowns so I tried this. Only complaints: Keyboard is not as "snappy" as the Dell, it's kind of mushy; The on/off switch sits among the regular keys so I occasionally accidentally turn off my laptop while typing.

Great for mobile work and short video conference meetings! I would not recommend for anything requiring audio playback unless you're not using the built-in speakers because the audio clips just with the default windows sound when you adjust the volume. Definitely would not use for music listening while working so that brings it to 4 stars for me.

This is perfect for our office. It has enough memory to adequately allows us to do our day to day work and it is easily portable. We have purchased several.

I love this laptop. Have 2 of them for different employers and trying to get a 3rd for the same for what I paid for the first two, but they have gone up $400. Hoping I can get a 3rd soon.

Item is as advertised. Purchased for son starting college. Son is very happy with laptop performance and function. No issues so far. Store personnel were helpful and Best Buy matched a competitor's pricing.
