    This has been a great laptop so far. My only nitpick complaint is that I wish it had a matte finish to reduce the fingerprints. But other than that, it's been working perfectly!

    The product is generally excellent. However, the speed is a bit average for the specifications. Additionally, the battery seems to drain quickly.     I purchased the surface laptop 5 on December 2022 and gave it to my wife as new year present. When we first opened the machine, while setting up the language preferences , Laptop screen got stuck and mouse wasn't moving at all. We also noticed screen was glitching. I was little surprised by this that i just purchased this brand new laptop for 1499 and while setting up a laptop, it hanged. I also purchased the surface laptop 4 and never had any issues like that. Little disappointing on best buy store sales rep for telling me that surface laptop 5 has more then 3.0 GHZ but it was was 2.60 and laptop having software, hardware issue.
