Very stylish computer. I love it. Very efficient. .

I have the Microsoft surface laptop, copilot + pc 13.8" - snapdragon x plus 10 core - 16GB memory - 256GB SSD (7th edition) - platinum. I purchased it a little over a month ago. I have had a few occasions when the screen freezes while playing a game downloaded from Microsoft store or after having a show on Paramount plus website for a few minutes. My biggest problem has been while watching movies, shows, etc on Netflix, Paramount plus, and YouTube that the audio is not synchronized with the video. The voices/sounds are slightly ahead of the corresponding visuals on the screen. It starts off well, then eventually is not synchronizing. This happens 90% of the time, very annoying.

Very pleased with this laptop but wish that it had more ports.

Other than it being a bit heavier than we'd like, it's a pretty good laptop.

Beautiful laptop. But the Microsoft version of ARM does not work with some apps and websites. Also, would not work with my check printer and my check scanner. For me it is not ready for business use.

Associate was very knowledgeable and helpful. Plus I received a free TV with my purchase.

Not impressed. Arrived a day late. Needed massive mandatory updates. Hyped and silly new features don't work. Legacy software oftentimes does not work at all, like at all. If you were expecting an M1 moment, don't. MacBook Air M1 8GB was vastly more impressive on day one. I haven't measured the battery life but it's not shy about consuming battery %. Expecting 6 hours or so, not the 20 hours that were hyped. Not ready, intereresting beta product.

It's been awhile since I've had a laptop have errors installing basic software and freeze as much as this laptop does. I mostly use basic programs like Word, Excel, google browsing, and low-GPU games like poker stars. I get errors installing simple programs, eventually get them installed with multiple attempts. 2 poker stars windows froze my laptop twice in a row requiring hard restart. Maybe I got a defective model, but I am not impressed with Snapdragon so far.

still getting used to this - - at this point I feel it is probably more than I need

I bought this computer in February 2025 and have owned it for about 9 months. Every month, through daily usage, it just becomes slower and clunkier; I take care of it with updates but to no avail. I have a previous Microsoft Surface laptop, but this model is awful. It keeps freezing, and the passkeys option does NOT work. For the amount I paid, I was expecting more. I would avoid this computer.

Copilot is very weak, most of the responses are irrelevant and sponsored. Battery is week. Not recommended!!

The hardware has received a decent upgrade but the marquis Copilot features are a dud. This computer has a dedicated Copilot button that, after an automated update, links to a web app. No integrated AI features, no timeline, nothing you can't get on any computer with a simple download. What a disappointment. I returned my laptop and will wait for the future to actually arrive. There are only a few reason I can imagine that caused Microsoft to limit the capabilities they used to advertise this generation of laptops. Copilot is likely to drastic reduce battery life, lead to possible exploits or is just too buggy to maintain in its original state. What a shame.

The computer is fine. However, the package deal was to include Webroot antivirus and I also have been paying for Trend Micro antivirus and neither product will run on these computers or on the Surface Pro tablet I purchased as they are not compatible. I'm pretty sure they knew this when they advertised the package for sale or they just don't research to make sure the software is compatible. Either way I did not get what I purchased.

I've had a surface before this one and was very impressed. After buying the surface 7 I did end up returning it. I was running into a lot of issues with the software lagging out and not responding. I had heard other people were not enjoying the Snap dragon processor also.

It freezes every time you try to write on a pdf. it is over $1000 which absolutely absurd for it not to run in perfect condition.
