Good for what it is, was expecting a bit more power on the CPU, but it has issues running chrome and other programs.

I like the screen size, lightweight, ease of transporting. I don’t like the feel of the keyboard. When typing double letters or numbers, there is a hesitation before the second number or letter will record.

This is the second Surface I have owned. Love it!

I love it. It is light and the screen has bright beautiful colors. I just ereived it this week. However, I am disappointed about the dune color. I thought it would be brigher. It looks better in the neon that in normal life

i love my laptop al though my husband was not letting me buy i still bought it and its amazing only disappointment is its very very fragile like a soft toy if you press hard it may break

I have only been using this laptop for about 4–5 months, and I have already encountered several issues. The screen has gone blank on me a couple of times, and there was even a week when the charger did not work. Little problems keep happening with the laptop, which makes me feel crazy because everything seems to go back to normal after some time. This afternoon, a new issue started with my trackpad. It took me 20 minutes to navigate the website just to contact support. After two attempts, I finally reached a representative, only for him to hang up on me after I explained my issues. I regret this purchase and wish I had stuck with HP.

Perfect computer- no issues. I had a surface pro 4 from almost 10 years ago. I’m in college now and want something that lasts forever. I’m happy I invested in this because I have two surface pros now since the other one is still working fine!

This is my second surface Laptop- great product, easy to use, good battery life, light, fast!
