Did i wish i waited for the price to drop? yes. Battery life isn't the best but it plays the sims 4 fine, and gets my homework done so it's good in my book.

The screen had flash. Occasionally it automatically restarted. And the key issue was that the touchpad didn't work any more. So annoying. But still thanks for return it as a gift card after I bought the BestBuy membership.

I was encouraged to purchase a new surface pen and assured it was compatible by the store rep and his manager. Only to come home and find out it the pen needed a charger that wasn't mentioned by the sales associates AND per microsoft, the pen is not compatible at all, which is conflicting with information on the bestbuy website. Sales associates dont know the products their selling at all.
