It’s great and does everything it needs to do but I went almost a month without using it and for some reason it was struggling to turn on. I never dropped it and only used it for work. But aside from that it’s been really good and I love how sleek it is.

Overall, a great computer. We have had no issues with compatibility. Easily connected to our Brother printer. Battery life is insane. Only slight issue is that it tends to be a little sluggish on certain tasks. Not sure if the 32MB RAM would have made a difference. But have a 4 year laptop, also with 16MB of RAM that does the same tasks without issue

For my teen daughter she loves it, for school and she is in band so she uses it for music as well!

Very lightweight laptop that is also durable. It turns on quickly and operates well. I haven’t had a chance to use all the new features, but I’m happy with my purchase. I have an older Microsoft Surface Pro laptop and it still runs. I only upgradedd due to needing more RAM/harddrive space.

I purchased the Microsoft Surface Laptop Copilot+ (13.8") in September last year and have been using it for over a year. This is my second Surface device, and it continues to impress. The laptop is lightweight, very easy to use, and has excellent battery life. It handles all of my daily tasks smoothly, from productivity work to video calls, without any issues. Personally, I haven’t noticed any drawbacks, which speaks to its high quality and reliability. For anyone who prefers Windows and is looking for a high-performance, portable laptop, I strongly recommend the Surface Laptop Copilot+. It has exceeded my expectations and continues to be a joy to use every day.

This computer is just what I wanted. It responds quickly. The keyboard makes it very easy to type. The backlit keyboard is great. The color is very feminine. I love the storage space in this computer & windows 11 works very well. Great computer for this price range.

I've been using this Microsoft laptop primarily for browsing, browser-based gaming, and media consumption, and I'm very impressed overall. The Good: Build Quality: The all-metal build is fantastic. It feels premium and sturdy, giving off a real "MacBook for Windows" vibe. It's sleek, solid, and feels like a high-end device. Performance: The laptop is incredibly snappy. Apps open quickly, browsing is smooth, and it handles multiple tabs and light gaming without any noticeable lag. Battery Life: The battery life is a huge plus. I can easily get through a full day of use without needing to reach for the charger, which is perfect for portability. The Not-So-Good: There are a couple of screen-related issues that prevent it from being perfect: HDR Flickering: When viewing dark backgrounds with HDR enabled, there's a noticeable screen flicker. This can be distracting when watching movies or working in dark mode. Video Playback: I've also experienced some video flickering specifically when subtitles are turned on. This seems like a software issue that could hopefully be fixed with an update. HDR Settings: The HDR settings could use more tuning options to help mitigate some of these issues. Overall: This is an excellent laptop with premium build quality, great performance, and amazing battery life. If you can look past the current HDR and screen flickering issues (which may be fixable via software updates), it's a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a high-end Windows experience

The sytem is nice and sleek. The system processor seems to be quick. The screen picture is nice and clear.

I love my new surface laptop. It's so lightweight and thin. Very very sleek the sapphire color is beautiful. It's fast and doesn't get bogged down while multitasking. The new camera features are very useful as well. Glad I went for the surface laptop, I love it.
