Works awesome for my daughter who is in University and needed a laptop right away because her old one stop working . She loves it.

Because I had an external hard drive, the porting over of my computer to this one was relatively seamless. The Geek Squad personnel spent the time needed to set up the system, install multiple email addresses, etc. was above and beyond. This is the 3rd Surface product I've had over the past 10yrs. and love it! The Geek Squad makes a huge difference in making everything work.
