I am super in love with this computer! Works so well with my school work schedule and is very seamless, I switched to Windows around 2024 after being an Apple Mac computer user since they came out with Apple products

I have had it for a few weeks now, and it is a great laptop. I was surprised to find that I use my touchscreen a lot more than I thought. I do not use CoPilot at all, but it could be useful to those who need it. I will say that the reflection on the screen is noticeable, causing glare that affects visibility, but that doesn't bother me since I typically work in low-light settings. The touchpad is a decent size, with a great keyboard. The mouse pad does attract oils, but it's not so bad that you have to keep cleaning it. I also really enjoy how you have a choice to link your phone to the laptop. Overall, I am happy with my purchase because I am using it to earn my degree in a STEM major, and it does a great job with my work as a tutor. Really recommend for students and teachers.

I recently purchased this laptop and I’m very happy with it. It’s lightweight, which makes it easy to carry to school and between classes. The battery charges quickly, which is really convenient when I’m on a tight schedule. It also runs fast and handles all my schoolwork smoothly without any issues. I get a new laptop every year. I have had this one for a few months now and can tell you that it is quiet, light, fast and has all the options available. Everything is top quality. GREAT job MS. I am so very impressed. I love it!! Get it. It's the best 13.4" laptop out right now.

The Microsoft Surface Laptop works well, is easily transported, and is a good value for the price.

The Surface laptop has an ARM processor and no fans and it honestly blows me away. Price and performance is similar to that of Apple Silicon, but with the added functionality of Windows and even some other features like Windows Subsystem for Linux, fully supported on ARM. I'm very happy with the thought put into this device.

This is my 3rd Surface computer and I LOVE them. My first two were the tablet version, and I use it for home and work. I run 3 businesses off of it and love the versatility as well as the size and weight which allow me to "travel light". This time I purchased the model with the attached keyboard, as the keyboard is the part that tends to have to be replaced on the tablet. It was simple to upload my info through my MS account. Funny, you don't realize how slow your computer is...until you get a new one!

Light and portable, contains all the power you need to run for about 12 hours. This is based on using it for my business, which consist on reserch, and responding to emails timely.

This Surface Laptop is exactly what I needed for remote work and school. Setup was a breeze straight from Best Buy, and the performance has been rock solid. The Copilot+ integration saves me time with quick access to tools and chat responses. The 512GB storage gives plenty of room for files, photos, and applications. It’s lightweight and easy to carry around campus or to meetings, yet powerful enough for demanding work tasks. Battery life easily lasts all day — no need to hunt for outlets constantly. Best Buy’s service was excellent too. Highly recommend!

Works very well was a little confusing at first but runs great. Great battery life.

I will be returning this laptop soon. Sometimes the screen from one page freezes and remains partly visible even after I have moved on to another page. The F2-F4 keys do not work to adjust the volume unless I do a restart, then they work again but only temporary. It also seems to be delicate. I was sitting on a low to ground sofa when this laptop slowly slipped off my laptop and tapped the floor slightly because I caught it before full impact. Since then, the laptop does not close completely and I can hear cracking in the hinge every time I open it. The battery life is pretty incredible as of right now since this is a new laptop but that battery life will lesson in time.

Great for school, home, or work. Great quality for personal and school. Display and processing speed is great.

I live this notebook. This is my 4th purchase. I’ve tried Dell, the Mac Notebook and others, but Microsoft suits me best for my writings and law practice.

Great fast and light for on the go great for editing photos

This was the first laptop we bought with new chips for the boss. She loves it, great battery life for her and its snappier and more responsive than her original one. She doesn't want anything else. And she loves the color!
