The screen has gone blank on me a couple of times, and there was even a week when the charger did not work. Little problems keep happening with the laptop, which makes me feel crazy because everything seems to go back to normal after some time. This afternoon, a new issue started with my trackpad. It took me 20 minutes to navigate the website just to contact support. After two attempts, I finally reached a representative, only for him to hang up on me after I explained my issues. I regret this purchase and wish I had stuck with HP.

I love it but disappointed by the color.

However, I am disappointed about the dune color. I thought it would be brigher. It looks better in the neon that in normal life

Awesome laptop, weird oddball glitches

I had a surface pro 4 from almost 10 years ago. I’m in college now and want something that lasts forever. I’m happy I invested in this because I have two surface pros now since the other one is still working fine!
