It’s great and does everything it needs to do but I went almost a month without using it and for some reason it was struggling to turn on. I never dropped it and only used it for work. But aside from that it’s been really good and I love how sleek it is.

Very thankful for this purchase! It’s great for my Business Analytics class, since we use Excel to its max! The touchscreen is a bonus and I love the color! The salesperson helped me with express shipping so I wouldn’t be behind on my class, great customer service. Thank you!

The laptop is exactly what I needed for college. It is small and compact enough to fit in any school bag. It works great in class and is very light to pick up. It easily handles all of my daily and school uses. (Excel, work, school classes, and even some gaming).

I recently purchased this laptop because I started college and I have no regrets. This laptop is fast and sleek. I’m able to get work done quickly and with the help of copilot I’ve been able to improve my productivity. I recommend this laptop to anyone starting college.

This computer is just what I wanted. It responds quickly. The keyboard makes it very easy to type. The backlit keyboard is great. The color is very feminine. I love the storage space in this computer & windows 11 works very well. Great computer for this price range.

Great laptop. I tend to tons of tabs open at once while also using my programs for school and it hasn’t slowed down at all. Battery has been great and have been able to go without a charge all day. Definitely a good device

I purchased the Microsoft Surface Laptop Copilot+ (13.8") in September last year and have been using it for over a year. This is my second Surface device, and it continues to impress. The laptop is lightweight, very easy to use, and has excellent battery life. It handles all of my daily tasks smoothly, from productivity work to video calls, without any issues. Personally, I haven’t noticed any drawbacks, which speaks to its high quality and reliability. For anyone who prefers Windows and is looking for a high-performance, portable laptop, I strongly recommend the Surface Laptop Copilot+. It has exceeded my expectations and continues to be a joy to use every day.

For my teen daughter she loves it, for school and she is in band so she uses it for music as well!

The sytem is nice and sleek. The system processor seems to be quick. The screen picture is nice and clear.

I love my new surface laptop. It's so lightweight and thin. Very very sleek the sapphire color is beautiful. It's fast and doesn't get bogged down while multitasking. The new camera features are very useful as well. Glad I went for the surface laptop, I love it.

Needed a new computer for college after mine died. The computer is wonderful and has been able to keep up with my busy workload. I love the long battery life and the lightweight and sleek features.

The 2024 Windows 16GB 512GB is incredible. Looks sleek, feels good in your hands, light, and is a very powerful computer. It is built differently in a great way. Very fast computing and has co-pilot, which is great. Definitely recommend!

I absolutely love this laptop. It is an update to my older laptop that I had of this same brand. I am actually using it as I write this review. Transferring all of my documents was extremely easy and smooth. I am very big on storage but this this is great. I have a lot of data on it and it's running very fast and I haven't had a single problem since getting it. The keys are nice and the touch screen is perfect. I got the rose gold pink color and I love it.
