    Too bad Microsoft went with snap dragon processors. It’s not compatible with a lot of devices including xerox scanners we use. This used to be our go-to laptop. Now we went back to regular dell, Hp etc.

    This laptop uses the ARM-based Snapdragon CPU. Photo editing software for Sony cameras and games that require an Intel CPU and will not run on this computer. I eventually had to buy another laptop so that I could run those programs.

    It's a very nice computer, but had compatibility issues with some game software. Ended up returning it and buying a Samsung laptop.

    The snapdragon is not compatible with the Canon printer at the office so it is totally useless to me for business. The work around is not worth the time to deal with and Canon claims they are not going to provide any solutions due to cost.
