I opted to upgrade from Windows 10 S mode to Windows 11. I read reviews saying that this is not recommended because it could really slow down the computer, however, I needed to do this because I wanted to use Zoom on the computer and Zoom wasn't available on Microsoft Store. The switch to Windows 11 was easy, but using the computer is now VERY slow to the point where it's not usable sometimes because I'm waiting a few seconds for the mouse to move to a new location or what I type to show up. So my recommendation is to check what apps you'll be using the computer for and verify whether they are available in the MIcrosoft Store before purchasing. You really don't want to switch out of S mode. I like other aspects of the computer, i.e. lightweight and sleekly designed. But the performance is a deal-breaker.

I should have given more attention to USB ports, I would like to have more than 1. Power cord falls out easily, does not stay in. I knew this going in but I am very disappointed that I have to pay $65 a year to have windows office. Also, if purchasing again I would have gone for a bigger screen.
