Easy setup and no frustration

Setup was easy and she was up and running in less than an hour. Usually she ask me a lot of questions when she gets anew computer. Not the case this time. I almost forgot we got it until I saw the request to do this survey.

Big change in operating systems for her. She is able to easily handle the zoom calls for 8th grade and download necessary software for fun things that devs did not make for chromebook.

After laying out what i would be using for and the programs I needed to run this was what was recommended to me by the person on the other end of the chat. I needed something to run tuning software for tuning vehicle ECU's. I use a couple different programs and that's all it's used for. I've used it twice now to try and run Holley sniper software. Both times I've had nothing but problems. It freezes up and locks up after after 5 min or so and I have to use task manager to shut the program down then start over repeatedly. I've shut off or uninstalled every option i can to use less CPU and reinstalled the Holley software 2 times with the same results. It runs fine on my other laptop. Of course time passed by a couple weeks to return it. If your going to be anywhere around anything magnetic like metal shavings or the like I wouldn't buy it either. Had I known it has a magnetic plugin on the side and magnetic cord attachment I never would have bought it. I'm constantly having to clean both the laptop and cord before plugging in. I'm just waiting for a metal filing or sliver to get in between and short the thing out. It has a nice screen and picture but it gets confused a lot.
