Crashes and/or freezes regularly and you have to power off holding down the volume up button and the power button. This piece of garbage isn't even a good paper weight. It will however make a decent target at the range. It's TIME to FILE a LAWSUIT against MICROSOFT.

Best Buy’s return policy is ridiculous!!!
