Never got my package in the mail the day it supposed

It’s small and lightweight. I bought it to work from home and for school and I absolutely love it. I also got it with the wireless mouse. It’s so worth it!

I am a college student and needed a laptop that was perfect for me. This laptop size is perfect and all the specs are great except for 2 things that I disliked which were not having the backlit keyboard and I bought a Microsoft pen, except the pen is NOT compatible with my laptop which I was and still am upset about and that was not mentioned when I purchased it in stores. Microsoft released a new laptop just like this one and works well with the pen and has a backlit keyboard.

It's a nice laptop, but being that it is not compatible with a pen, I really do not like it. The only reason I bought it was for school and to take notes on it. Seeing that it was touch screen, I assumed the pen stylus would work. Disappointing as that is how I take notes for school. I wish that it would have stated that it was not pen compatible after "touch screen" in the description of the Laptop..

It took to much storage over heats to much and when it over heats it sounds like a jet

Great, The best computers I own was the IBM think pad, Lenova and now this one. It's working well with absolutely no issues and user friendly. I would recommend it to a friend or family member or co-worker.

Does this computer come with a fingerprint? I bought it expecting fingerprint access from the pictures but it seems like the computer does not have it? What is up with that?

Ok, laptop, wouldn't recommend. I am in IT/software engineer and the small size is great on the move but not so great when to comes to getting work done fast. Overall a slow computer and has many flaws. I's had issues with the keyborad, mouse pad and the charger not wanting to work and this all happened within the first couple weeks.

I'll be returning ours. The touchpad is too sensitive. Menus constantly pop up, pages open when you haven't clicked on them. Right now there are to many good deals on real PC's with larger SSD's, more memory, 14 inch screens, no S mode and still very lightweight.

I have a fast Internet connection, but this device is SLOW. I don't even save anything on it or download much and I clear history every other day. What I wish I'd known before I bought it is that it's impossible to add RAM. Also, the screen is touch only-- can't even bend back to use as a tablet. I knew all this before purchasing but now I wish-- due to how much time I've wasted on it, that I'd made another choice.

Im almost positive i was sold a used device which is really disheartening because i saved for months to buy this to use for school. From the very first day, the battery has to be plugged into the port and unplugged a few times to work (sometimes it doesnt and i give up) kind of like when you have a cell phone for years and it stops charging. Ive had it over a month but didnt really start using it until last week, when school started. A full charge no joke lasts me AN HOUR AND A HALF until its dead! This computer is a month old! I dont even know what to do. Thats not even long enough to last me for one class. I feel cheated of almost $800.

I haven’t had this laptop over a year and the battery life is short, if I use it more than 15 mins it asks for it to be charged. It has over heating problems, it over heats too easily. Even if I make an air way for it doesn’t do anything for it. It blacked out after it said it needed to be charged even though it was at 100%. I wouldn’t recommend it to others I’d avoid this laptop. I wasted my money and if I knew I was going to waste my money I wouldn’t have bought this.
