This problem does not exist with older versions of windows 10. You can exhaust every solution given by Microsoft . NONE of them will fix the problem. Also the cursor on this unit freezes randomly and windows must be restarted to remedy the frozen cursor problem. Thanks for the paper weight Microsoft.

Wasn’t sure I’d be happy with a smaller device than I’ve previously owned, but its powerful and the smaller screen hasn’t been an issue. I bought the less expensive laptop to use for client meetings outside the office. Works great.
