Had to log into Microsoft every single time, would get blank screens that I couldn’t get out of, super slow. Needed this for school and would try to start working on a class and spent more time trying to get it up and running…time I could have been spending doing school work.

However, upon setup, Windows failed and was unable to repair itself (per the available recovery options). I had to return the unit to the store. I have another, more expensive Surface, and have never had a problem with it, so I was a little surprised and highly disappointed with this cheaper model.
