Amazing laptop if I could go back in time to when I bought my HP laptop I chose this one in a heartbeat. It's fast, simple to use and its touchscreen def would buy it again.

Great laptop for a great price, I wouldnt recommend it to someone looking to game on it but it does run RTS games with ease and is great for work stuff!

This laptop is perfect for my son! It is really easy to use and small enough to carry around with him. It’s perfect for his school work and online gaming and it came in a great color!

Excellent performance. Exceptional speed! Smooth transitions between desktop applications. The battery is lasting. The only downfall is that the SSD is too small.

I’ve had this laptop for 2 years now and absolutely love it, it’s had a few technical problems like the fingerprint sensor disabling after an update but for the most part it’s a great laptop overall. It’s small convenient and lightweight

This laptop has exceeded my expectations. I was in need of a new laptop mainly for email, reading websites, and basic word, excel, powerpoint processing. My number goal was one powerful enough to run efficiently with dozens of websites open, and one that was very light, but yet able to attach a large monitor, keyboard and mouse. I absolutely love this laptop. Again, it has exceeded my expectations and the price was right in line with what I was wanting to spend. I purchased the BestBuy tech support to work with me on transferring all past Outlook history and documents. I have not yet used the service, but looking forward to it.

I personally like this computer. Its thin and light weight. i chose a blue color and I love it. Just got the computer last month so still learning to use it but it is easy to figure out.

Light weight and easy to use for my college classes. I love the light blue color of it. Convenient charging cable that won’t bend, it’s magnetic to the port. Good investment for me.

I purchases the rose gold which is a beautiful color! This is very lightweight and great for my business trips. My old laptop was too thick and heavy. Screen is vibrant.

I like the size and the color. I first wanted to try it for myseybut my daughter gave me the side eye so I gave it to her. It works well, use of use & a good steal.

I am so happy I purchased this laptop. I was using my ancient laptop for the longest time, and after many frustrations, I knew it was time for an upgrade. I had been eyeballing the Surface series for awhile, and knew I wanted something a little more than the Surface, but I didn’t need anything as much as the Surface Laptop. When the Go was released I knew it would be the right fit for my light daily use. It’s sleek, lightweight, and is wicked fast. Only con is that there isn’t a backlit keyboard, but I knew that going into the purchase. Overall, great buy!

Package arrived in good condition with accurate tracking. The laptop is perfect for nursing school. Light weight and decent size. Fits in my coach or MK bags if I don’t want to haul my saline backpack around. Keyboard is compact but not too small. My only complaint is that I purchased the model without the backlit keyboard and that is a function that I am used to having and definitely lacking on this purchase. I would have returned it and swapped for the other model but I had to have it for class ASAP as my dell Inspiron died after 3 years. I recommend that if you are on late or using the laptop in poor lighting get the next model up with the backlit keyboard.

Best Laptop for this price! The build quality is top notch. The the screen is better than what you think if you are looking at specs. There is no other PC in the market right now with this quality and having just the right specs to meet daily needs with such materials. The feel is premium and the screen 3:2 ratio is pefect for its size. The weight is perfect...big difference to the 13inch laptops. The key board is the best....no sound and premium feel. The only thing i wished it had is the keyboard backlight. Battery is 10+ hours and i love that i can bring it around the house like a tablet. No other laptop has this overall package!

This laptop started off great! But then after a few months and year, it couldn’t withhold the updates and overheats a lot. You will definitely need a laptop cooling fan. And it doesn’t hold credit card information well. Sometimes it provides everything and then sometimes partial information. The best thing about this is that it is touch screen. The sucky thing about this is that it’s not an apple and if you ever go in S Mode DONT!!!!! It’s really hard to get back to regular mode. S mode allows you to download canvas and IG and all of that. But provides a lot of freakin viruses

Works fast. Flat surface. Easy to carry and utilizes many services. I need it for a program by Chromebook couldn't. thank god for Microsoft, I could take my exam.

Light weight and fast. Have not had enough time to properly evaluate battery life but so far has not been a problem. Touch pad and screen are sensitive but adapting to that touch was not difficult.
