The Surface go laptop is probably the lightest laptop I've ever owned and will probably the lightest you own. It is sleek and very small so you can fit it almost anywhere. My main issue is that facial recognition for sign in has been replace by a fingerprint scanner. The other thing that disappointed me was the color I got was ice blue but looks like platinum or silver rather than a light blue. All in all its a good laptop especially if you want small and portable.

I absolutely love this laptop. Its perfect for when I'm on the go. I am an operations manager that works from home, so i was constantly multitasking. I run so many programs and it always keeps up without any issues. The display is amazing. The video quality couldnt be better for when im in meetings. I am overall very happy with this laptop! Also, just to top it off, I am in love with the different colors this comes in.

Great little laptop for school! Only downside is how small it is, but the screen does a great job at having the text legible when putting your V-Textbooks on one half of the screen and word for taking notes on the other half. Beware though! The inside is the type of matte material that absorbs oil, clean often! I’m knocking off one star because the fan runs at a moderate value and kicks in when not doing much. Keep it off your lap or don’t rest it on a couch/pillow/bed while studying. Get a cheap little laptop stand to avoid this problem. If you’re keeping it at a desk, it won’t be a problem at all. Though it’s easily avoided I’m keeping one star off because the charging port is a problem. With most surface products, the charging port has an audible snap or click noise when the magnets are locked in and holds pretty nice. For this laptop (probably because it’s the budget line) it’s very finicky. When I originally purchased it, the charger never started in place, often fell out and sometimes would not charge. I exchanged it thinking there was a defect with the one I bought. The issue is better now but at least it stays charging. Still no audible click and a very lousy hold. Try to not move it too much while it’s charging or just leave it closed on a desk to charge for about an hour or two. It charges fast!

I already purchase a Microsoft surface once and the machine is extremely reliable and lightweight. But the Surface laptop is even better. I can keep it on my lap where the previous PRO 4 doesn't fit anyway. I'm very happy with my purchase and about BEST BUY , there is a better place in America for buying low price top merchandise ? Not that I know.....
