I got this laptop because I wanted something small and easy to use and carry. I am so happy that I picked the Go model! It is super easy to use and the display is good as well. I have really enjoyed using it so far! The only thing that I don't like about it is that the charger is a weird shape and comes out easy.

Got this for my wife for Christmas. I’ve used a Surface at work since the Pro 3 was released and I’ve been very happy. This is the first Surface laptop we’ve bought and I wasn’t sure what to expect. It’s very nice. Just the right size for my wife who doesn’t need a very large screen and likes having something she can take anywhere. We switched it out of S mode right away to be more what we are used to. Truth be told, I didn’t give S mode a chance, nor did I really have a desire to. It was very easy to change. So far we’d recommend it.

Great laptop for someone who is starting out to use one.

Great light weight laptop. User friendly although desktop icons for Microsoft programs are not preload. Prefers users to go through Microsoft office online. Purchased to use by for my master’s specifically with newest version of Excel functions. Loading programs to desktop icons was more complicated than I felt it should be for a Microsoft laptop.

I am really happy with this purchase. I usually go with ASUS, but this Microsoft laptop did not let me down. It has been reliable and fast even with numerous heavy duty software programs considering the size. I recommend.

I love that the charger goes into the port letting the cord lay the way you want, toward or away from you so cord doesn't get bent at all. I'd say the laptop is easy to use. Fingerprint signin is cool. I'd say it's a good laptop, no issues so far. Fits my needs of editing docs. Bomb color. Sleek. Sexy.

This is a great computer for someone that may have to do minimal small work away or from home. I had also used it for everyday work use(audio-video work meetings), but I had upgraded my laptop to something bigger. If the small screen size doesn’t bother you then it’s great I would say it’s great really to do (almost) anything!

After years of using a big clunky desktop I finally pulled the trigger and bought this beauty. It does everything I was doing on the desktop and more. It's faster, more powerful and lightweight. Microsoft wasn't happy that I added Google Chrome but what are ya going to do? I like to run 2 browsers.

I had this computer for 3 years already and had no problems. Has had little to no wear and tear.

Good for casual laptop activities such as browsing and watching YouTube and Netflix. Can run smaller games but would not purchase for any kind of gaming. Good laptop for college students if you aren’t running any heavy duty programs.

I take it everywhere with me because it’s very lightweight and convenient to travel with. The fact that it’s a touch screen is a plus! It makes things a thousand times faster. The pink color is super cute!! I get lots of compliments on it in general. Loving my purchase!

I initially came in to the store expecting to leave with a google pixelbook go but decided to look around before spending $649 on a chromebook. I ended up finding this beautiful machine which is the microsoft surface laptop go! At the time I saw it it was on sale for $599 so I took some time to read the specs and was blown away by the amount of tech I was getting for the price. It was $50 cheaper than the pixelbook and it was an actual laptop thats around the same size and weight. The i5 processor and the 128 gb SSD and a touch screen were a no brainer. I didn't watch any reviews on this product before purchasing but the specs alone were very promising so I just bought it instantly! After having it for a month or two it has proven to be a very reliable laptop that makes my life pretty easy! I cannot complain! I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a laptop and doesn't want to spend macbook prices!

The Surface Laptop Go is the perfect size for me. I am retiring shortly and plan to take it with me wherever I go. Love the Ice Blue color and the simplicity of this laptop. As I decide exactly what's on my bucket list, I can add memory as needed. Love it!

I love it! It does come small but As a college student I think it’s Perfect for school and the Camera quality is amazing on zoom! And the size makes it easier to carry around and does not take up much space. Sound is loud and clear, touch screen works amazingly.

This is the perfect laptop! The UI is easy to navigate and the screen size is just right. The Surface Go laptop is portable and it comes in beautiful colors. Multitasking is simple and operation is smooth. I recommend this laptop!

Shopped on line and did curbside as I am an essential worker. Initially thought I made a mistake while setting up t he laptop. Now I wonder why I waited so long. So fast, so clean, and easy to use. I love my new surface.

I would like to say when I first opened this laptop out of the box and turned it on for the first time it ran and started up very quickly and the setup was very fast. After signing into my account after setup and installing Windows 10 updates and switching out of Windows 10 Home S to Windows 10 Home I have experienced no issues and the computer runs very fast for everyday browsing and music and movie and tv streaming and typing documents on Microsoft word. Overall this computer may not be big like other laptops but this computer can go with me anywhere I need to go and with the fact that it is lightweight it is great for going places. Overall this laptop is pretty good and the battery life does hold for the entire day which is wonderful and great and the specs for this laptop is great. The only downside is this laptop has no backlit keyboard but other than that everything else about this laptop is wonderful and great.

I received this January 2021 and have loved it since. I used it mostly for work. It's been great up until a few months ago, now it randomly turns off and restarts. A blue screen shows up saying that a problem was detected. It's very frustrating because it happens frequently.
