The Surface Laptop is for personal use. It is perfect for the personal business required. The lightweight of the laptop is very comfortable and the navigation is easy.

I really like this Computer to me this is Amazing size and capability for laptop to go.. I am not in any sense using this laptop for business purpose! everything works great two things i will highlight, KEYBOARD doesn't have light its frustrating in some instances.. and battery is far from 15 hours or whatever they claim... I get 7 hours with 80% brightness ... one small not important is trackpad is plastic so after while you will see those marks on it but as i said no big deal if they fix those issue in next line i will definitely get one...

Love the touch and feel of the computer. Light so easy to carry or pop in tote. Not crazy about the charger connection being more of a magnetic connection, but used to it from MacBook.

My granddaughter open this present up at Christmas the first thing she said: Oh my god isn’t it beautiful. Besides the beauty and sleekness it is fast and runs flawlessly.

Love this laptop! Works great; it’s fast and efficient. I love that it’s touch screen and has Touch ID enabled. I do have to zoom in to see some things on the screen but other than that it works good.

Love the size, love the weight, love the power, love the keyboard. This is our second surface and we love the first one and this one is even better.

Nice, good size for taking with you, efficient. I like the pale pink color. Have no complaints. If I had better internet at home would be better good speed away from home.

Great computer . Simple to used and decent size . Only thing I recommend is getting a screen protector as its touchscreen you want to protect as much as possible .

Perfect laptop for at home and work use. It is very light and compact, which makes it very portable. The battery life, sound quality, picture, and performance make this a great laptop for the price.

Excellent speed and sturdy. I love this laptop - the display and touch is excellent compared to other laptops at this price range and it is easy to carry it around.

This computer is nice and I can navigate it easily. However, like many of the comments, the fan comes on and it loud. I make sure now to close out of windows and switch my battery status to "best battery life" and that usually stops the loud fan noise. A huge issue I have is that my screen goes black and starts to flash lines -like when you break a tv , while I'm on a zoom class. I took back the first computer and ordered the same one. I had the same issue but this time it closed out on its own. I am a grad student and cannot afford to buy a more expensive computer so I have to deal with this issue but thankfully I can exit out the large screen of zoom and log right back in. This issues is sporadic and not chronic

This is my second Surface product and I am so pleased! The Laptop Go is extremely easy to get started with, and the portability and touchscreen make it very user-friendly, too!

Perfect laptop for college. It’s the perfect size, not too small and lightweight. The software is super fast and much better than struggling to do college work using apple.

I have used a large gaming laptop as my daily driver for a few years now and was in the market for something to use on the couch or traveling. I was pretty much sold on a mid level chromebook before I did a deep dive into the surface products. At the time I purchased this the 8GB/128 model was on sale for $550 so it seemed like a fair price to get the mid spec offering. I tried this laptop and a few others in the price range in store before deciding to go with the Surface Laptop Go. It is missing some pretty basic stuff, like a backlit keyboard, but somehow it feels good enough in the hand that it doesn't bother me. The reviews I watched prior to purchase all mentioned the screen being less than full HD. I was expecting this to be a deal breaker when I tried the laptop in person and oh boy, was I wrong. With a screen less than 13 inches the PPI is high enough to not cause blurry text or grainy video. It looks exponentially better than a 27" 1080p monitor in terms of sharpness. Side by side with my wife's 2019 macbook air with retina display you can definitely see a difference in pixel density, but under 90% of it's use case I would never pick up on it. Videos are bright, sharp and vibrant in a well lit room. This will be awesome for watching movies in the airport/on a plane or browsing youtube on the couch. Overall I think 128GB of storage is a bit low for a main computer but it's perfect for a secondary PC for media consumption. I have a whole season of Ozark and a full length movie downloaded through Netflix and still have about 50 gigs free. Battery life so far has been middling due to it's constant windows updates and the upgrade to windows 11. But with many of these types of devices you really should put 2 or 3 full charges through it before judging the battery capacity. I'm getting about 6 hours of heavy web browsing use at 75% volume as of the second charge. Better than the first charge so things are improving there. Performance wise it exceeds at what my use case is, web browsing and streaming movies. This is not a gaming PC, it never will be. There are lots of cheap gaming options out there if you need a school/work computer that also doubles as a fortnite machine in the evenings. So look elsewhere. This is a great looking and well built system that will be supported for years to come. I would definitely try the PC in store before purchasing to see if either of the two weaknesses are turnoffs for you, those being the lack of backlit keyboard and less than FHD screen. I thought they would be deal breakers before getting it in hand and had to eat my words.
