I really like the device. It's small, easy to carry around, decent performance for a college student. I will definitely buy another Surface product in the future, particularly the Surface Laptop

This laptop was purchased to drive a laser engraver so I didn’t need a ton of memory. I like the option of the touchscreen. Very lightweight and compact. Glad I purchased this one.

Love this laptop! I purchased this laptop for my daughter after having one for myself for just over a year. It is lightweight with a good battery life and nice touchscreen.

This is a great laptop. They keyboard and trackpad are excellent. While the resolution is lower than 1080P, you do not notice unless you are inches away from the screen. Only complaint would be the fan, when it kicks in it has a high-pitched sound too it, but luckily it doesn't turn on that often. The sandstone color is a nice color too :)

The Surface Laptop is for personal use. It is perfect for the personal business required. The lightweight of the laptop is very comfortable and the navigation is easy.

I really like this Computer to me this is Amazing size and capability for laptop to go.. I am not in any sense using this laptop for business purpose! everything works great two things i will highlight, KEYBOARD doesn't have light its frustrating in some instances.. and battery is far from 15 hours or whatever they claim... I get 7 hours with 80% brightness ... one small not important is trackpad is plastic so after while you will see those marks on it but as i said no big deal if they fix those issue in next line i will definitely get one...

Love the touch and feel of the computer. Light so easy to carry or pop in tote. Not crazy about the charger connection being more of a magnetic connection, but used to it from MacBook.

My granddaughter open this present up at Christmas the first thing she said: Oh my god isn’t it beautiful. Besides the beauty and sleekness it is fast and runs flawlessly.

Love the size, love the weight, love the power, love the keyboard. This is our second surface and we love the first one and this one is even better.

Love this laptop! Works great; it’s fast and efficient. I love that it’s touch screen and has Touch ID enabled. I do have to zoom in to see some things on the screen but other than that it works good.

Nice, good size for taking with you, efficient. I like the pale pink color. Have no complaints. If I had better internet at home would be better good speed away from home.

Great computer . Simple to used and decent size . Only thing I recommend is getting a screen protector as its touchscreen you want to protect as much as possible .

Amazing computer. I easily would’ve paid 100-150 more for this computer. It is fast, reliable, battery conscious, and overall good computer. Highly recommend!

Perfect laptop for at home and work use. It is very light and compact, which makes it very portable. The battery life, sound quality, picture, and performance make this a great laptop for the price.

This is my second Surface product and I am so pleased! The Laptop Go is extremely easy to get started with, and the portability and touchscreen make it very user-friendly, too!

This device is user friendly and the perfect size for on the go. Would recommend for first time laptop users as well for those who require a computer for their job.

This computer is nice and I can navigate it easily. However, like many of the comments, the fan comes on and it loud. I make sure now to close out of windows and switch my battery status to "best battery life" and that usually stops the loud fan noise. A huge issue I have is that my screen goes black and starts to flash lines -like when you break a tv , while I'm on a zoom class. I took back the first computer and ordered the same one. I had the same issue but this time it closed out on its own. I am a grad student and cannot afford to buy a more expensive computer so I have to deal with this issue but thankfully I can exit out the large screen of zoom and log right back in. This issues is sporadic and not chronic

Extremely light to carry and has been able to handle big spreadsheets! This was a great purchase with the powerful processor, memory and price paid!

Perfect laptop for college. It’s the perfect size, not too small and lightweight. The software is super fast and much better than struggling to do college work using apple.
