    The computer is great, however, there is an issue with the charger. It cuts off constantly. I got the first one returned it, Geek Squad agreed it was the charger. I got another replacement and the charger still didn't work. I'll have to pick out a different laptop because the Surface Laptop Go 12.4 charger does not work.

    Bought two of these for my daughters' school work. Within little over a year, they have multiple issues with battery life, software, display pixelation and system freeze.

    It's a nice laptop it runs very well but does not have a lot of features that's one thing I wish it had was more features more apps I can download also it dies very fast but it holds space and it's good for what I needed for right now It's more so of a work computer laptop .

    the guy who helped was very good,knew his stuff. the product is also very good.only problem is that instead of taking the interest free for a period of time i took a the 30 dollar gift....which i have yet to recieve. would highly recommend the product but the store itself,second time i have deceived by them.
