The laptop is great, I have only used for 2 days but my worry is the battery that is draining rather too fast. The saleslady I got could not ascertain or be sure on the applications installed. I ended up buying office 365 and beetroot anti-virus while I actually did not need these in the short run. It had windows security

I'm happy with this PC. Able to do everyday tasks(pay bills online, etc..). The only thing I find a challenge and I'm a young guy - is opening it. There's no divet. The top and bottom are completely flat and flush. So you're constantly trying to dig your thumb between the top and bottom to open. Again, a minor issue but I think that would be obvious.

The first one I bought the screen failed, after an exchange, more issues the screen quality is poor - touch is flakey and inconsistent. Not enough storage, IMO they should not make laptops with anything less than 512GB. Runs hot and the fan is loud and annoying especially on video calls or working in a quiet place. Battery doesn’t last - not much going for this model. A classic ‘you get what you pay for’ laptop. I do not recommend.

Best Value for a PC that hits all the basic needs and at the same time has one of the best laptop keys! The screen size is unique and the fit and finish is the best!

I would not recommend this laptop. It is small and easy to carry, that's about it. As it ages and you start to download documents, it gets noticeably slower. The charger also has a tendency not to work all the time. Not sure why but I have to unplug the entire thing from the wall and keep trying until the laptop reads it. The rubber strips on the bottom also came off within a few months.

I got a unit with a severe backlight "halo" effect (looks like burn-in but isn't). After sending it in to support THREE times and having it returned without a fix each time, I got the unit replaced. The new unit is now ALSO exhibiting the same issue.

It loads fairly fast and has nice storage. The battery doesn't stay charged long at all. After a couple months of use, the battery lasted less than 3 hours of constant use. My older laptop's battery easily lasted twice as long or more and I paid almost half as much. I'm kind of disappointed considering the price of this one. Also, after about an hour, the bottom gets hot. Anyway, the laptop looks nice and I do like the touch screen. However, I still feel like there is a better option out there for me. I'd only recommend this laptop if you care about screen display and speed or looks because the battery life sucks.

I have used this laptop for about a year and I would like to say to not get this laptop. I know for the price it is not bad but this laptop has got some issues. This laptop gets HOT for any little use. I can be just surfing the web and the laptop fans will go off. Heat in laptops is the number 1 cause of premature laptop death and this laptop does not handle heat well. This is an insanely weak laptop and any app will cause this to throttle. save up and get something different. This laptop will not last.

If you have never owned a Surface product before, you would be happy. However, having owned several Surface devices, this one falls short. Basic features that I took for granted are missing. The lack of a backlit keyboard is disappointing, especially given the light on the fingerprint sensor. The keyboard and touch are uncommonly noisy compared with other Surface devices. The keyboard reminds me of the chicklet keys of the Timex Sinclair computer. The fingerprint sensor failed, requiring the TPM chip to be cleared and reprogrammed. This version ships without Windows 10 pro requiring another $100.00 cost to upgrade.

The build quality is good. The keyboard feels really good too. But I had a problem where when I scrolled, the text and image would wobble. Good laptop but just hope you get a good model.

Love it accept the fan gets so loud when doing anything it’s a bummer , I will be taking it back

No backlight. Totally different from the surface 3 I had years ago, which was better quality. No longer have the soft keypad. Purchased online thinking it would be better than my last laptop and is totally disappointed. Can’t believe they are still making laptops without a backlight for the keyboard.

I haven’t even used it much and it sounds so loud like a helicopter

I thought it’s Microsoft I should give it a try but I’m very disappointed with everything except design is little bit premium looking. Rest is junk.
