It’s cool. I bought it 3w ago. Never dropped it but it turned rainbow on me for about 30s randomly. So far no other problems. Decent buy.

In this regard, it hasn't disappointed. The caveat being that its entry level specs and abysmal battery life may not be enough for those seeking a full-fledged, full featured laptop equal or close to a higher end desktop in performance. I'm giving it four stars because it serves my bedtime needs well and is far superior to my iPad in capabilities. I also wish it had a backlit keyboard.

Easily fits into my bag and I love the touch screen feature. One downfall is that you can't use the Surface Pen with this model.

Won’t keep charge or run games without overheating

It stayed in the case I bought, but when I started running games (small ones that aren’t usually overtaxing, like minecraft), it wouldn’t stop overheating and overworking the fan. It honestly sounded like it was goung to fly away. The laptop also wouldn’t hold charge for longer than 30-45 minutes depending on my activities. I had to always have it on charge and give it 10-15 minute breaks often to keep it from burning me alive.

Microsoft did a great job in the build up. It is nice. It portable, light weight and very smart. The keyboards were so soft to touch and operate, the finger print also very functional, i bought it for studies and it is doing excellently... I love it. Would upload a pic when i take a snap of it.
