It is also a microsoft product and very dependable. Although the keyboard is not illuminated there is adequate lighting from screen to view the keyboard at night or in dim lighting conditions.

Plus I used cricut design space on this laptop and it does a very great job! I love the sleek features and the color is absolutely beautiful. I bought a matching mouse with it. Love that they are making more pink technology. It was super easy to set up.

Best Buy provided next day delivery and it arrived quickly and in excellent condition. My only issue is with the mail compatibility. It doesn't synch with Yahoo or gmail, so you have to keep an open tab instead of being able to access it through the mail icon. Otherwise, it operates quickly and efficiently. I'm overall happy with the purchase.

I've been a Surface user for a while now, and the Surface Laptop Go might be my favorite so far. It works for everything I need it for - the 10th gen Core i5, with 8g RAM provides plenty of oomph for every days tasks - for me it's browsing, video streaming, music streaming, productivity, casual games, and remoting to my work laptop. And it's fun and easy for doing all of those things. I love the 3:2 aspect ratio, which is great for browsing and productivity, and I don't mind the top and bottom bars when watching movies. This aspect ratio makes the screen feel bigger than the 12.4" size. And the keyboard and trackpad are a dream to use. The sound quality is loud and clear, with good detail, but lacking bass (which can be compensated with equalizer in music app). The finger print reader works really well - fast and accurate. Finally, I could use a backlit keyboard in some situation (and Laptop Go does not have it), but mostly I don't miss not having it. Very highly recommended.

Half the cost of a MacBook Air and provides the essentials with quick speeds compared to other brands. I would shy away from PC’s under the $500 mark if you’re looking for something that will last.

Fast enough for a college student or everyday use, keep in mind it has few USB ports, very minimalistic. My only negative or annoyance is the power cord but others might be familiar with that type of setup
