A small and pretty laptop that I want to show off. But that's all. If you plan to edit video or play games, don't buy it. This computer is for Internet, YouTube machine, Netflix, and documents.

I can't rate this higher than 4 stars because I haven't had this laptop for longer than 5 months. I can say that it works great with the Microsoft apps. I purchased this laptop to work on college related tasks and so far I'm loving it.

I am using this laptop in my office for my technician to input things into an electronic medical record. It's a perfect size for this function, touchscreen works great and so far it's working out very well. I will probably be purchasing one or two more.

This laptop does everything I need it to do. It is incredibly light. Easy to pack and carry around. Reliable (unlike my previous two laptops). The battery could last a little longer, but it's manageable. Very satisfied!

This is a great laptop overall. the screen does look a little bit bigger than a 12 inch one. The speed is very acceptable. The touchpad is not always responsive and there is no backlight keyboard and Microsoft Hello face authentication.

I got this laptop as a gift from my children. The color is beautiful. It a nice lite pink. The design is great and it has a comfy keyboard. Also, I like the battery life because it lasts a long time.

Need a laptop with num pad. Great for office use, the touch pad sucks tho, the contact always activates even you touch the side. But overall it is a good gadget for office use

I really like the computer. It's light and comfortable, and the screen is very bright. It's also pretty quick and everything is where it is supposed to be. On the negative side, the battery life is not very good, and I miss having a backlit keyboard.

Simple setup and easy to use. I coupled the laptop to a 32 inch tv using a Microsoft wireless display adaptor. The large display is great for old eyes.

Good laptop so far. The touchscreen is pretty responsive and the screen sharpness is very good. The laptop has not been in use for long since it was purchased so not much time had passed for a deep evaluation. Overall, it is good so far.

I purchased this as a pc to write my dissertation. It has a great screen, is very portable, and runs the office software like a breeze. I wish that it had more connectivity like another thunderbolt port but for the price this machine does exactly what I need.

Build material is great, very nice laptop for on the go but if you are expecting performance like gaming or software rendering you can find better for about the same price in our case though we have a gaming desktop so we were looking for comfort and portability around the house.

Great little unit. I got it as a gift and now I’m jealous. I like it more than my surface laptop 2. Wish it had a lit keyboard but I bought a light for it. This little guy is fast and quiet. Really a great buy. No regrets.

I Love it! I love that I can use the mouse or touch the screen Depending on what I’m doing. The only problem I’m having with It at all is that the charger has to be propped at a particular Angle for the light to go on.

Love this computer. I’ve had 2 surface pros and went to get a 3rd, but this lovely thing caught my eye! It’s touch screen and offers all the benefits of the surface pro- the keyboard just stays attached. I absolutely love it.

I love everything about it except the battery life. The laptop dies pretty quickly and has to be charged often. With good wifi the laptop works pretty fast and the display is nice and sleek.

This is a perfect little computer to set up for my parents who are checking emails, doing minimal word processing and just wanting a second computer to have around the house. Super lightweight and they love the touch-screen functionality!

Size portal awesome for traveling and nice to doc to my dual monitors for my home desk. Screen resolution is nice and clean and the price makes it even better.

This Surface is by far better than any laptop I've owned coast effective, great stage and do smooth to operate. Easy tutorial with it. If you need a light weight laptop, this is the one for you. Get one to replace what you have today.

Excellent price and great laptop. Everything looks and runs as I expected from the specs found on the Best Buy site. The color (Sandstone) is even prettier in person. Very happy with this purchase.
