Had to get this computer very last minute because of Hurricane Ida ruining my last computer and I need a computer for college. Gotta say for the price, I’m very happy with this laptop. Very cute and sleek

Nice small size, can carry it easy. I got 8gb, enough for me, but you may want to get 16gb. Even without google chrome, I am able to access what I need. Have not owned long enough. Did not get color requested, wrong color in box.

Great value lap top for my kids home schooling. Very versatile. And she plays games on it too. She likes it alot. Just wish the screen was a bit bigger but overall a solid choice for the price

It is thin, small, light and very fast! I’m on my senior year of high school and can definitely see myself using this in the future for college as well. It updated to windows 11 and works well

Absolutely love this computer. I’ve had Apple products which are great too but I hate spending the money on them. This product is lightweight and easy to use. I love that there is an option for touch screen also. The only downside is the battery life.

This laptop is very efficient and runs smoothly. I use it daily for online teaching and it has not failed me. A great buy!

Best buy has been great about their price-matching and it also helps that they can provide financing on items like this laptop as well. The laptop is running well for now. I will be a returning customer for sure.

It was nice but it seemed to get very hot. I couldn't even set it on my lap. The keys do not light up. Everything else seemed normal. I took it back and got something else. The one I had was the 202 version and the old 10th generation.

This is a really good laptop for everyday activities. Runs most programs, aside from high def gaming, though it wasn’t meant for that, anyway. The hardware is really nice, I love the sleek design.

My daughter needed a new laptop for school. She had heard a lot of good things about this product. She is really happy with it. She said that she would definitely purchase this one again.

Unfortunately, had to exchange this device for something that could handle a bit more productivity. I work from home as Telehealth and was looking for an upgrade, settled with an upgradeable Dell laptop instead. I'll list the pros and cons that pertain to those who may also be looking at this to work from home with: Pros: - Light/Thin easy to carry around - Touchscreen (I never used it) - Trackpad and keys feel nice to type on and use - WindowsHello and Fingerprint sensor security Cons (for my personal work): - 1080p on 12.4" screen is tough when running Excel and multiple windows - RAM is non-upgradeable (this was my #1 issue, apparently my workload requires ~16GB) - Only comes with 128GB SSD for the price (I returned this for a Dell that was $50 cheaper and included 16GB RAM and 512GB SSD) - The most annoying con was not only for me, but also my coworkers over Zoom/Teams and it was the fan never stopping while it's plugged in. After an update didn't resolve the fan noise, I reached out to Microsoft and they told me to just exchange it because it's a "defect." I decided to just not deal with it anymore. It created a specific frequency of whining that wasn't high in decibels, but the microphone could pick it up and it became annoying quite quick. There's no way to control the fan either, the only way it would stop was if you unplugged the power and forced the laptop into low-power mode. I found multiple sources with hundreds of other dissatisfied customers with this same issue. If none of these cons bother you, the laptop overall is a solid purchase. The components are good, Microsoft is excellent at building laptops and their Surface line gives Apple a run for their money. Although, I would only use this if I were an undergrad again and had access to headphones!

I LOVE this Laptop I feel it's a good first laptop for someone who doesn't know what to get and wants to start out with something aka me!! I have had it for sometime and it's done me good!

What a great buy for a student. It’s the perfect size and has just what is needed for any student. The slim profile is great for on the go. With windows 11 it has become even better.

Easy to work with. Very dependable . I am doing nursing classes on line currently and it has made the process very effective and a pleasure to do my zoom class and work.

The laptop is a really well made compact machine not compromising the important ports that are often missing in modern ultra portables. The only issue (IMO) would be the low Res screen and the low brightness. Battery life is really great as well.

Good for the value while on sale. I use for traveling because of its size. I prefer a mouse and had a little trouble with getting the scroll to work properly.

Great laptop for students or leisure. Excellent battery life and it charges quickly as well. No lagging or breakdowns. Only thing is I find that after a while it doesn’t read your fingerprint? Weird

Love the Microsoft Surface Laptop. This is my 2nd one, it is smaller than my other, light weight and easy to travel with. Adding the wireless mouse and the pen are great options.

Excellent quality of material which brings elegant look and feel to the laptop. Loved the fingerprint sensor and touch screen. Keyboard size was small for me as I'm kind of big guy with huge fingers.

Good work laptop. Does get a little hot on the bottom but literally has no fan. So it is using the case as a practical heat sink. Keep it on a flat surface or on a table and it will be fine.
