After looking at all the options available, this one was the best in terms of build quality and performance at this price point. It's perfect for doing basic school work stuff.

If you like somethin light and handy, this one def works for you just like it works for me. I maybe wrong but I'm not coz my mind says I'm not. It's just opinion, I like the product overall.

MS Surface Laptop Go, 12.4 is a reliable, modern and gorgeous notebook. It’s fast, the screen pops in color and everything runs seamlessly. Great MS quality, great BB value!

So far, I'm really looking this laptop. It's fast and lightweight. The screen is small, i wouldn't want to use it for creating detailed graphics but it's great for writing blog posts and creating pinterest graphics.

Love the compact design, wish it could be a little more user friendly like other pc’s that use windows. Similar to a google chrome with software but has capabilities of a regular pc.

Customer service was above and beyond from the moment I walked into Best Buy to purchase my new laptop. They listened to my needs, answered all of my questions and even showed me how to set some things up. This was before I worked with geek squad. Geek Squad continued the exceptional customer service with additional laptop set up . Geek Squad wanted to know how my laptop would be used and set it up accordingly. Which I know is their job. But you could tell that they were engaged with the customer, and wanted to make sure when I left Best Buy’s all questions were answered and my laptop was set up as requested and ready to use. Best Buy is THE place to go!

Coming from the Surface Book 2, I’m pleased to know this low bearing entry of a laptop lives up to its hype. It’s very light weight and sleek, the keyboard isn’t sticky and the finger print entry is another added bonus.

Fast and efficient laptop. Superb alternative to larger laptops with seamless access to all of my online accounts. Great choice for busy households.

Overall I think this laptop is designed very well and could perform the function for which it was made of not for the fact that the keyboard types weird. The keys seems to be mixed up and does not type what it says. I returned my first one and received another to replace only to have the same issue with that one too. I’m not sure if this is a software issue because the same set of keys on both laptops. I would have just learnt which keys were mixed up but it’s one too many keys that’s why I returned it. I’m about to return this second one for hopefully a better one. Third times the charm!

I’m in nursing school and needed an easy to use laptop for everyday school functions. The quality is great, it’s user friendly not to mention I love the color.

Physical size makes easy portability, but keyboard is big enough to use comfortably. Screen image is crystal clear and response time has been excellent.

The Surface Laptop Go replaced the Lenovo Duet Chromebook I originally bought when I was looking for my remote-access laptop for my PC. If you want something light, beautiful, and does the job for light work - and by light, I mean just running Chrome or some remote-desktop software, then by all means, get this instead of a Chromebook. The keyboard, though lacking a backlight, is a great typing experience. The case, though it has a plastic bottom, is the best feeling plastic I've owned so far. Yes a Macbook would beat this with quality of build, but Microsoft is getting there. Overall, I think Chromebooks are stupid - this low-performance laptop is way better, just run Chrome!

Wanted a small SSD laptop. This model of the Microsoft Surface Laptop Go filled that requirement perfectly. Works great. Very happy with its performance.

Great, sturdy laptop for educational needs of kids. Only grip is that the fan runs frequently and randomly while being used for basic light duties (opening and using Word for example).

Laptop works great. It’s what I expected. I ysed curbside pickup which was extremely convenient and fast.

Has MS and Windows. Light weight. Beautiful and portable. Starts up immediately. I'm very satisfied and pleased with this purchase. Great instructions too. Thanks

Great computer for school ! Does everything I need it too. SSD is low, but an external hd or ssd is affordable. Good startup time for classes and great battery !

The product works well. But i would have gone with the same laptop but with more storage gad I been informed that the what appear to be required apps to run the laptop have already taken up half of my storage. I'm disappointed that the several diffrent sales people over several visits to the store before purchasing the item, never told me that thise apps would take up so much of the computers storage. I know discussed several times what i would be using the laptop for and each sales person said I would have plenty of storage for what I intended to use the laptop for.
