Every single employee I encountered was beyond extremely helpful and made the process of buying a new laptop (to someone who is clueless) so easy! They were interested in me finding the right computer for what I needed to do. Everyone was patient, even when I had to bring back the first computer d/t a bad motherboard and have a replacement. We are so thankful for all of the help! And will definitely be using their store for future needs.

However, it is so light on my lap, I think I am going to love it!
