This laptop is light and the display is great. Fast SSD speeds for multitasking. Has been great so far for all my college needs.

I just bought mine and did not exspect to love it as much as I do! Its fast and does everything I need it to! For school and work!

I was looking for a small, lightweight computer on the lower-end side for leisurely functions. For the price, I knew that this laptop would not perform at the level of my larger, more expensive computer. However, I never expected it to operate so slowly that it was almost impossible for me to even load a few files without aggravation and wasting a lot of time. In all fairness, the problem may have arisen because I immediately opted to switch out of S-mode, as I did not want to be restricted to only installing apps from the Microsoft Store. I also need to note that after I fully charged the battery, it depleted within 4 hours. I don't know if my computer happened to be a lemon or if the lower-end models can only operate effectively in S mode. The problem is that once S mode is selected, you cannot reverse the decision. So I plan to return the laptop and do not recommend Microsoft brand computers if you plan to opt out of S mode. .

So far I'm satisfied with it. Sometimes the fan would turn on when it's charging while it's turned off, kinda annoying, but it doesn't cause much.

It was a gift to my mother who is in her late 50s and it is easy enough for her to navigate. Love this for her!

Really nice, delivered on time and it brought the smile that it was intended to bring. Classy laptop my friend really love it.
