First Microsoft laptop. I've owned for about a month and it's operated well. Mainly use for regular internet searching. It was a bit smaller than I thought but still a great laptop. Only reason why I have it 4 stars instead of 5 is the way Best Buy packaged the laptop for delivery. There was a lot of space in the box it was shipped. Luckily when I opened the box no damage was done to the device.
