Matt gave me great service to help me decide what I wanted. If I want another consumer electronic product, I will likely come to Best Buy. Maybe I will want another accessory to connect to the computer and plug into the wall, or maybe I will want a smartphone. As of now, I can't determine why I would need one. I wanted something light to replace my 17" heavy laptop in my bedroom. I can keep multiple programs open without suffering speed. I have other computers to do more intensive computer programs but this is great for emails, FB, shopping, banking! I am so happy I chose this model over less expensive models I considered. The only complaint I have is the plug! It is very difficult for it to stay attached.
