Solid build and ideal for my needs: online shopping, bill payment, and basic word document creation/editing. Very smooth mouse movement and good keyboard reaction for the size of the laptop and keyboard. Overall very satisfied with the purchase.

Bought at deal price of $499. Fantastic Device as a travel laptop, small, lightweight and solid build....a big surprise. The battery life is good but not great, average 5-6 hrs on one charge. I hear the Laptop Go 2 has better battery life but for $200 more not a deal breaker.

Very pleased with the product overall. It provides me temporary use to check work or private emails and software while commuting on a train. I would not enjoy using it for 8 hours straight as the monitor is small. I also struggle with moving the cursor if no mouse.

Most features worked as expected. I like the fast start up and ability to use the touch screen as well as the key board. My only complaint is that I sporadically have issues with connecting to Wi-Fi unless I bring the computer to the same room as the router.

Very well built and compact laptop, amazing deal for the price! I love the SSD quick start up and no annoying programs installed. I wouldn't recommend it for games. Keyboard is great, screen resolution is great, no complaints, love it!

This is perfect for me at college. I love that it’s touch screen and that it’s small and light so easy to take to class. It’s a very nice sleek design and I love the color. Only thing is it’s battery life is shorter than I’d hoped

This was my first microsoft labtop and i love it. I had purchased the lower quality one and returned it and then purchased this one instead, I recommend this model or the more expensive one not the cheapest one.

I'm going to start off with how much I love this laptop . I recently bought for college and it work perfect for my needs . It's pretty quick can pick up the wifi really good ,the display is awesome the only flaw is... it doesn't have lit keys other than that this laptop works perfect .

4.5 stars! This is a cute, lightweight computer perfect for working from home and playing a few Steam games. My only wish was that it had keyboard backlight but it's otherwise a smooth machine.

This laptop is perfect. It's size makes it very portable and it is light. The quality is top of the line, it feels and looks high quality. The screen goes all the way to the edge, making the most of the 12.4" screen. I couldn't be happier with this laptop.

Great laptop to use as student! When purchasing any laptop always get the i5, 8GB, and 128GB higher storage ram and processor! Save you the hassle of possible computer crashing and giving your a great experience, that’s what Microsoft has done so far!

Love this laptop. The build quality and the attention to detail. Also the color. But I got the blue screen of death 3 days after I bought this and returned it immediately. Was asked if I wanted to exchange or repair and I said no thanks. I’m afraid of them now!

Bought this for my daughter to use for basic digital art/animation and light gaming. It's obviously not a powerhouse but I used a Surface Pro 6 for an all-online grad program and had zero complaints. Got a great deal on an early Black Friday sale, too.
