Really fast computer for my school work and live it

So far I love the laptop. It’s easy to use. I love how I can customize it.

I purchased this laptop first, but I realized that a rather stick with Apple since I have everything home & also my cell phone is Apple, it’s easy to link everything together! so exchanged for Apple Air very similar features except Microsoft laptop has touch screen Apple doesn’t both is great...depends what you prefer, they’re both great products!!!

Very slim. Can take this thing every where! The graphics are phenomenal.

Bought this surface laptop for myself and so far its been great. Very functional and easy to bring with anywhere, which I find very convenient. Touch screen is a must! My kids really like the usage and look and now want one for themselves. Color is very classic and fun. Perfect amount of memory storage for me.

Really great laptop for the price. the ice blue is a beautiful stylish laptop. there is no backlit keyboard which is my only complaint but they had to cut some things to make it this price so I understand. 5th Surface computer I have and love everyone of them.

I got this because it was the only color available in store for the specs I wanted. Build quality was a bit off, so I returned and exchanged for the blue one. But don't forget, this Platinum Laptop Go is the one I fell in love with.

Unfortunately the curbside pickup at the San Carlos Store did not go well. The person handing over the newly purchased laptop, tripped off the curb and dropped the laptop. It happened to be the last one of a specific color. During the visit, they replaced the laptop with another in a different color, which we returned it unopened an hour later because the new color was not pleasing to the recipient (my remote learning college student). We purchased the right color, found in another Best Buy Store, but now we have to drive across a toll bridge to pick it in time for set up and attending a class the next day. Other than that, the team members at the San Carlos store were apologetic, willing, and helpful to make it less of a bad evening.

Bought this on sale and have no regrets. I was using Apple 12" Macbooks but since they were discountinued in 2017 (the batteries/ processors are very dated)... I wanted another 12" laptop for travel/portabilty. Updated to Windows 11 seamlessly. Also, 3:2 aspect ratio very much appreciated.

My only complaints are that this Microsoft surface pro only comes with a 1 week trial of Microsoft office. After that week you must purchase it. A year is approx. $74.00. My other complaint is that my screen occasionally will start strobing and I have to close it and open it to fix it. Other than those above items I think the laptop is great.
