Best value for your budget. I got the i5 8gb 256 SSD model and it has been able to handle software such as Microsoft Office, Python, SAS, and some gaming as well. The battery life is fair (6 hours). The screen resolution is above average, and the overall exterior design is simple and nice. Definitely recommend this product!

Great little computer itt was well worth the money that was spent on it there is lots of memory on it for all of the apps I use it’s easy to take with you from place to place with out getting in the way of things and very light you hardly notice that u are carrying it and the slinger ness of it makes it easily stored

I love this laptop. After working from home for almost 2 years and relying on the laptop from my work (which I HATE), I had to get something for my home. I run a couple of small businesses out of my home and I wanted something personal. It has been a great device and is not big and bulky.

Keyboard is not lit! lol I missed that during buying it and I miss it now while working on it. Otherwise a good buy in the pricepoint- sleek, beautiful, light/portable and enough power to work the basic stuff on this.

I love this laptop. I was looking for a new one for school. It was between this and the MacBook Air (they were only a $100 difference) and I must say I’m glad I picked this one. I would like the battery to run a little longer without me having to keep it in battery saving mode though

Best Buy employees in the store were excellent. Main person in computer section really understood products and even ones not on the showroom floor. He understood costs-benefits & was focused on our needs rather than up selling. We sincerely appreciate the candor and time spent with us.

The charger connector to the computer easily detaches. The computer is slower than my previous Surface which was 8 years old, even running Windows 10. Sign-in by fingerprint recognition doesn't work. It is even slower running Windows 11.

This laptop is amazing. I had an old HP and that was a dump. Upgraded to this and I have no regrets. It's definitely a bit smaller, but it makes up for it where it counts. It starts up lightening fast and performance is unwavering.

My daughter bought this for taking an online class. It mostly serves the purpose. Although the battery is supposed to last for 13 hours, she’s had to charge it more than once a day. The keyboard would be better if it was backlit.

Very nice computer. It is light and compact. I do not expect much computing power out of it, but it does its job well for email, word processing, and internet browsing. The screen contrast and resolution are also very good. The only con I find is that the keyboard should be lighted.

I bought this as a work computer with the idea of setting it up with a second monitor. Works great for that. The laptop is small and slim. Plenty fast for your everyday things and the screen is really clear. Very happy.

I love the computer, however, it seems to have alot of features that require Android and I have an IPhone and a mini I pad. I wish someone had mentioned this when I was looking because I did tell the salesperson that I had an I phone

The Microsoft-Surface Laptop was a much needed purchase. This laptop was needed for school work and to search for employment. The purchase process was easy as the salesperson was nice and friendly. He also made the purchasing process an enjoyable experience.
