    since I have not used it often yet and still having problems with command using ms commands I'm kinda still struggling that is why i gave it 4 stars only. Maybe when I get a mouse it will help me better

    Had some issues for the first few months of ownership. Got some help from Microsoft support and they were able to help. At the end I think they pushed a software update that fixed the freezing issues it had.

    Worked well while it worked. Loved the size and feel. Very convenient. Battery held charge for awhile. Had to return because wifi stopped working - somehow hardware went bad. When I returned it, geek squad had to takdo hard reset to get my data off since there was no way to get on internet (even with ethernet connection)

    My girlfriend bought this for school and she was so excited for her new laptop until we got to the initial startup and the laptop wouldn’t connect to the internet and we tried every fix on the internet (we were trying for around 3-4 hours) and it just wouldn’t fix (turns out it was the Wi-Fi drive) we’re going back tomorrow to exchange the laptop for a new one so hopefully I can add more stars to the review
