I didn’t expect much from this laptop. I got it on sale in a gold color and only intended to use it for work. I have a MacBook as my main laptop. Now I use it for everything. And love it. It is lightweight and I really enjoy using it.

I love Microsoft and the layout of this laptop is user friendly. I love it's appearance and the size is not too big or small. I only had one problem. After a few times of logging in, the computer would freeze and would not let me get to the home screen. However, I rebooted it and it works perfectly fine now. No problems at this time.

The speeds are great and the resolution is good it just overheats easy and stays hot longer than other because of lack of ventilation

I got this computer for Sims 4. J needed something that could hold my cc and mod for the game as well. I have over 20 mods and 1000s of cc and still have storage space. I’ve had it for a month now and I have no complaints. It’s small and lightweight.

Doesn't have long battery life. I have never timed it, but seems to run down pretty quickly. Also, would be a better laptop if it had back lighting on the keys, but of course I knew it didn't have this when I bought it. I had that on previous laptop and didn't realize how much I would miss it.

I got it for school and it works amazingly. It loads everything quickly and easily. I don’t have have to wait more than 30 seconds for a new tab or link to open.

I love my computer! This computer is great for on the go business. Able to fit in my work bag & very durable

Great lightweight, touchscreen computer. The only complaint I have is the charger, it comes out easily if you move computer but charges pretty quickly. I would recommend to anyone.

This is honestly the best purchase I’ve made in quite a while! The laptop is not only great looking, but it has multiple features I was not even aware of! I can play Xbox directly on my laptop. Win-Win!

I bought this laptop for my high school sister and I have one similar to this one only larger and I recommend it to everyone. It’s compatible with many apps, touch screen, and has its own pen (sold separately).

It’s a convenient size not too small, but good enough. Works really well and love all the nice features and design. Especially the fingerprint lock and all the cool colors it comes in.

Perfect size to pack in your purse or backpack and PERFECT for on the go!!! I love love love mine, especially the sage green <3 Someone thought it was a MacBook just because it is so beautiful!!! I definitely recommend!

I bought this for my wife who needed a productivity machine while studying for a Masters program. It's snappy and reliable. Love the Microsoft lineup.

This has to be the best laptop I've purchased thus far. Being military is hard to purchase a laptop where I can access all military sites without having to purchase other apps. This is perfect.

Great laptop have been using it for almost 2 years and so far the quality is amazing. The only problem so far is the charger stops working all of a sudden sometimes but overall great product

Amazing laptop, compact and easy use. Will say that the screen is very thin and can crack very easily so be cautious!

I’ve had it for over a month now it works great. It did have a few glitches where it would shut down and I called customer service which we walked me through restarting it. I haven’t had an issue since.

The laptop itself is great, but if you’re a previous Mac user, it doesn’t take a while getting used to. Only complain is the battery life. As a college student, I can get a good 7 hours of usage before needing to plug it in to charge.
