Great laptop, efficient and does exactly what I need it to do

Great laptop for a middle schooler! Gets the job done

Had some issues for the first few months of ownership. Got some help from Microsoft support and they were able to help. At the end I think they pushed a software update that fixed the freezing issues it had.

It’s barely been two months since we bought it and the battery has started to die so soon. It doesn’t stay charged for long. Unfortunately we can’t even return it since the return window has been closed.

I bought this while the going back to school was going on for $499. Best budget laptop for college freshman. Has the latest software and meets the needs for a student to get the job done and browse the web.

Yeah it was good but there is a minor defect while using why using screen the brightness will get auto updated like of there is more sunlight it will get will get more there's no like that is unnecessary so that's the only defect in the laptop rest everything was fine

Works great. Only issue I had was the battery does not last very long.

This was an open box for my daughter and it's perfect for her because she's going back to school. I was so happy that could help her get it. #SingleMomToTheRescue

Just unboxed the laptop. 128GB and 1 USB available might be the limiting factors after opening, might consider adding a 1TB external SSD for videos and pictures, etc. Otherwise, I added MS Office (Not 365), Google Chrome, and a PDF reader, overall, it's a really solid laptop; keyboard, casing, screen, etc. Not too much bloatware with this OS which is nice (start menu doesn't have; recents, photos, gaming, news). My purchase of this laptop when compared to others was form factor: small, portable, fast, HD screen, 8gb ram and not eMMC (not a huge supporter of cloud computing as I use a cellphone hotspot)

Had to swap out laptop for another one because the one that was delivered was defective. The one I have now I had to reboot once but other than that it seem to be working fine

Bought this for my wife, to use for school years back. Eventually, it was no longer compatible with the schools network. Eventually got the higher end laptop later. However, this still works for home great

Great computer. Works how I need it to and it is reliable. I needed a PC computer to access a system for work that runs on Silverlight. I have a bunch of Apple computers and products and this makes a great addition to my work tech. Screen display can be fuzzy from different angles.

Love! Love! Love! My Microsoft Surface made all of my online digital media work so much easier!! Very compatible and reliable!

We bought this for our son’s birthday. He needed a small and lightweight laptop with some modern features. This was a great choice! Very happy with it.

Good laptop, display is lovely, but battery life does not last more than 5-6 hours without charging. So i do not see how long the laptop will last over time.
