Small compact computer, great for any type of use!

Good laptop, display is lovely, but battery life does not last more than 5-6 hours without charging. So i do not see how long the laptop will last over time.

This is a nice laptop, keep in mind the screen is small but other than that it’s worked great for me though my college years!

Had some issues for the first few months of ownership. Got some help from Microsoft support and they were able to help. At the end I think they pushed a software update that fixed the freezing issues it had.

Works pretty well! It is a little touchy and closes out of windows and programs with an accidental swipe of the hand but overall great computer and love the features! Plus you can customize it to be exactly how you want it to function and work.

Nice product. I had problem with navigating the product when I first bought it. My son that recommended it to me gave me a little tour/ orientation to it. Now am enjoying it.

Good laptop for office work and easy to carry anywhere to finish your work on time.

Great product for the price and wanted I needed it for. Basic computer work for work and streaming. Some might want the bigger screen if using full time for work.

This is a great little laptop, easy on the wallet as well as easy in the backpack. Good touch-screen response and vivid screen. The Surface Laptop Go 2 replaced my Surface Pro 4 as my daily driver mostly because the screen is protected better. I do, however, miss the backlit keyboard and the Pro's "hello" login ability. A backlit keyboard would have added the fifth star. The video display and response isn't quite suitable for games. I recommend this laptop (despite the lack of a backlit keyboard).

I’ve only had this laptop for less than a week and I will be returning it. It is very nice, I love the color, the size and it works for what I need it for however there are 2 issues that are making me return it. 1. I didn’t realize it does not have a memory card reader slot, I would need to buy an adapter separately. 2. It does not hold the charge very long! It lasts about 3 hours max if you’re on the computer using it. Would not be reliable for traveling if you have to constantly plug the charger in every 3 hours. Other than these 2 things it’s great and I wish I could keep it!
