disappointed with battery life

The laptop was for my daughter and she absolutely loved the color. I loved it's compactness and lightweight to be carried in her backpack for school. But even after contacting Microsoft support and the tech working on it remotely, the battery life never really improved. So I had to return it.

She loves the color and is on it all the time. The screen has great detail and color. Keyboard touch and response is so much better than her high school laptop. Has a lot of memory.
