Not working after 2 months -no mishandling

I just logged into my best buy account to check the reciept and I see the label “no longer returnable”. We don’t have the money to purchase a new laptop rn. Very frustrating.

My 16 year old needed something compatible and easy with google classroom apps but she doesnt like the chromebook. This has been a great computer so far! The sage color is so cute!

Doesn’t work

It will turn on and show the sign in screen but when I log it it never loads to windows. It just shows a black screen and the mouse arrow. I’ve seen reviews saying it will do this if it’s low on power and needs to be recharged, but I’ve never been able to get to to work nor matter how long it charges. It’s disappointing because I’ve had a Surface Pro in the past and several other windows based computers/laptops that all work great.

The Geek Squad has been super about answering probably crazy questions but they sure have helped.

It doesn't have much already added to the laptop. I don't like the letters on the keyboard. Because it's very hard to see the letters on the keyboard

Won’t turn on

Charger lights up but screen is pitch black. Computer is in great condition. Would use it here and there but always took care of it for it to just suddenly go out. Not worth it.
