    The computer stopped working within a couple of months of having it. I tried to bring it to best buy to see if I could get it fixed and I was told that they couldn't do anything about it, that it was a "factory damage"

    Not really a fan of the laptop. Have had to send it back several times for hardware issues only after 6 months. And the trade in value is not even half of what I paid for it.
