Bought for my granddaughter and it is everything she needs for college

We got the laptop home, configured it and then kept it to sleep. Well the surface never woke up. We took it back to BB and the guy there said this might be a faulty piece. They have never seen this before.

Purchased for my son going into High School and it failed within the first two weeks. Best Buy we’re excellent about returning and I upgraded to a more expensive model.

It is hardly 3 months and the backspace key on the keyboard is not function at all.

Im so upset of buying microsoft brand because they will charge you storage which they did not indicate if you will returned theres a storage fee on it.i returned it 14days after not even removed the sealed.

For the price, the screen should be at least bigger my opinion but other than that, it’s OK very slick very small and runs good

After buying brand brand-new Microsoft - Surface Laptop Go 2, I faced a Display issue..

The laptop was very slow for a modern laptop. Very mobile though, easy to take anywhere.

Microsoft hardware is notoriously bad. This was my third Microsoft go 2 laptop as the track pad had issues on both laptops I ordered from Microsoft store. The one from Bestbuy wasn’t much different. Just looks like an entire shipment is bad. Sorry Microsoft, I have it a shot but your laptops are just bad. I had to opt for an expensive MacBook Air which I am happy with.

I will be returning...it does not meet my needs...

For the price it’s such great quality, I use it for school and so far it’s handling all the tabs I need very well. I haven’t noticed any over heating and I use it for hours at a time, it’s battery life is also pretty great and it charges fairly quickly. It’s super user friendly and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Good computer if you just need something for web browsing and simple Microsoft office tasks! It’s really lightweight and the battery stays charged for a pretty good amount of time. The only 2 things I don’t love are 1) the fingerprint ID is kind of hard to work with. Most of the time it can’t read my print and I just have to type in the pin. 2) the keyboard isn’t backlit. Not a huge deal, just a little annoying if you’re in a dim space.

The Surface Laptop Go 2 is a great laptop for a collage student. I can take all of my classes, watch Netflix, and play games. This is a good budget laptop although, I wish it had a stronger battery. Overall, I really like the Surface Laptop Go 2.

I originally was looking into buying a Mac but it was sadly out of my price range and this was my next option. I am a student and its very easy to use and keep my school work on love that it is touch screen as well only down fall is the battery life.

Excellent starter laptop for my daughter. She loves the color and the style of the device too. Device was in excellent condition despite being an open box special. Very happy with the Best Buy option to locate and purchas a device like this.

At first, I was unsure about this laptop because the price is a bit cheaper, but I LOVE IT. The microsoft surface go 2 is the perfect laptop for students, people who work remotely, and all around a GREAT laptop.

Very handy and flawless. Easy to transport with you if need be. I thought it might be to small but it is just the right size.

Very fast. It has a slight scratch on the surface (corner) but everything else was ok.

I bought this for school replacing my old, heavy HP laptop. The advantage of this lap is lightweight and easy to carry around. However, the battery is pretty bad, only about 3-4 hours. The speed is not too great when you have multiple pages open at the same time compared to my old HP. I mean, it only has 128 SSD. But with the price, I expected it would work better.
