My new favorite laptop

I bought it as a backup to my work laptop when I had to send it in for repairs after only 4 months. It is lightweight, I love the keyboard and find it very sturdy.

Microsoft surface pro laptop

I just recently bought it for university and have started working with it more. My only downside is that it doesn't have backlit keys but other than that I truly love it!

Screen Blacks Out Randomly

Screen randomly blacks out for no reason. This computer has never been dropped, mishandled or damaged and yet it has been doing this for more than 6 months. When I bought it the sales person said it was a great computer and blah blah blah. When I went back to the store for this issue (computer just blacked out on me) they wouldn't help me because I cancelled my membership and proceeded to tell me these computers were temperamental. No one from best buy will help and now I am being told Microsoft has only a year protection on their devices. Save yourself the trouble and go buy a different computer straight from the manufacturer. Charges fast but Battery life doesn't even last a 9-5 work day.
