So far so good - This is my second Surface. First one lasted a few years but ended with an issue with the power port. I use this as a secondary laptop for on-the-go. It fits nicely in my oversized purse, I take it nearly everywhere I go.

A very good upgrade to my Surface Pro7. It is very light in weight and looks beautiful! It is very responsive and solidly able to handle light operations like viewing videos and emailing. It has all the necessary security features and makes it a good companion for all my business trips.

I am a college student and use my computer very often. I got this one about a year ago and absolutely loved it. It is cute, small, and worked fast. However, these last few months, my battery has been draining so fast and I have tried everything. It dies AT LEAST one percent every two minutes. More often it dies at one percent every minute. It says it should last be 15 hours, but at this rate it barely lasts 2. It causes a stressful situation and I would like to not have to carry the large charger with me everywhere I go. I just hate that I need to worry every class if my computer is going to die or not...

The laptop is pretty decent and does the job. Appearance is also good, looks premium, and is mainly best for daily use by students, just like my younger brother. Helps with assignments and some coding as well
