Love it! So cute and small but feels very nice when using it. I am able to run discord and my game while watching a video without any issuses

Very nice, although the touch pad doesn’t have too much protection against the oil in your hands so it will be visible. Everything else is perfect especially if you like the aesthetic of computers

I purchased this lap top for my daughter. She was not happy at first because she was concerned with the Ram. However, after using it her mind changed quickly and now she said it's perfect.

I bought this laptop to use for my business and it works great. It is lightweight, which makes it easy to take it with me wherever I go. Overall a good laptop.

I've had this laptop for a little over a year and a half. I got it back in July of 2024, and it already crapped out on me. One day, randomly, no I didn't drop it, it just stopped turning on. Yes it's fully charged. I went and tried to fix it but nobody knows what's wrong with it. Apparently Microsoft laptops suck and I was unaware. Now I can't even repair it since I'd have to get it fixed by Microsoft, which pretty much costs the same as it would to get a different laptop. This laptop is unreliable, do NOT get it!

Works well, touch screen works well, runs smooth, the only thing I don’t like is o wish it stayed charged longer.

I love the smaller size, easy to travel with along with the fact that it can still do all of the things my larger computer can.
