Absolutely love my computer. I use it consistently throughout the day. I love the color and everything runs really smooth. I can even play games on it that I couldn't play on my previous laptop.

So far so good - This is my second Surface. First one lasted a few years but ended with an issue with the power port. I use this as a secondary laptop for on-the-go. It fits nicely in my oversized purse, I take it nearly everywhere I go.

I've had this laptop for a little over a year and a half. I got it back in July of 2024, and it already crapped out on me. One day, randomly, no I didn't drop it, it just stopped turning on. Yes it's fully charged. I went and tried to fix it but nobody knows what's wrong with it. Apparently Microsoft laptops suck and I was unaware. Now I can't even repair it since I'd have to get it fixed by Microsoft, which pretty much costs the same as it would to get a different laptop. This laptop is unreliable, do NOT get it!

Love this. Just enough for me. I am not a student so I don’t need anything crazy powerful. What I love is that I can take this anywhere so easily.

Great for college student! Screen and picture is very clean, clear and colorful. Keyboard is very sleek. I love the design and the color! A little smaller but does the job and performs great!

A very good upgrade to my Surface Pro7. It is very light in weight and looks beautiful! It is very responsive and solidly able to handle light operations like viewing videos and emailing. It has all the necessary security features and makes it a good companion for all my business trips.

The computer is very cute the color is pretty, however it runs hot and it also just shuts off and won’t turn on. The computer is expensive and I can say a 200 dollar computer would be just fine

This is the second one we have purchased for our granddaughters for school. They are very happy with everything about this product. We are also happy with the durability of it.

Bought this for my daughter. She likes the compact size and has no complaints about it so far.

It’s compact and sleek. Just wished the keyboard lit up and the battery life isn’t good.

Excellent quality materials and build. Great looking laptop. Has a nice screen -- but not FHD and not bright enough -- although it is touch. If this were a 2 in 1 would really be a game changer. Keyboard is pretty good -- but there is no backlighting -- which at this price point is a deal breaker. If you need a portable -- very basic laptop -- say for school or a 2nd travel machine -- you might get the use you need from it -- but for this price -- you could get a better spec's machine with more versatility and power. I would say this is a basic starter laptop -- say for 7 - 13 year old. I would not recomend for a main laptop.

It works. It's good for me to do my schoolwork on. Very lightweight. Screen could be better but overall it's fine for a basic machine. Not like it's the one I game on anyway.
