    Fast, light weight laptop perfect for working with documents, watching videos. I don’t do any gaming on a computer, I just want to create excel spreadsheets, word documents and power point presentations on it.

    I love this laptop but be aware some come defective. I had to exchange twice before I got a good one. The last 2 laptops' screens would freeze, and then they'd restart, a couple of times a day! It's been 3 months and this laptop hasn't given me any issues.

    It worked fine for a while, then complete OS corruption - wide static lines across the display rendering it unreadable, will not boot from bootable USB recovery drive, reset did not work. It does not have issues until the OS loads (no problem in BIOS settings). Win11 is rather horrible, and this laptop seems to have severe hardware issues (bad RAM or display adapter?)
