    I like everything about the laptop except the plug. Why didn't they make a more solid plug that doesn't fall off each time you try to move the laptop. It's totally stupid. There is a c type charger slot on the other side but it stopped working after a week of use and I was getting a message to use the regular plug. Totally crazy set up.

    This is my second Surface product. My first Surface lasted almost 8 years. So far I am pleased with this purchase. Does everything I need. Only downside is the finger print scan does not always work great and it does not do the facial recognition like my Surface Tablet did. I use it for basic business functions. Internet access and Microsoft Office applications.
