    It worked fine for a while, then complete OS corruption - wide static lines across the display rendering it unreadable, will not boot from bootable USB recovery drive, reset did not work. It does not have issues until the OS loads (no problem in BIOS settings). Win11 is rather horrible, and this laptop seems to have severe hardware issues (bad RAM or display adapter?)

    terrible laptop. keeps glitching battery doesn't last long and keeps saying i don't pay for Microsoft 365 when I did don't get it not worth the price.
